In 2017, Senate – in collaboration with architecture firm, applied Form + Space LLC – completed a 615,600 square foot distribution center in Worcester. The project, which is expected to generate at least 300 jobs and $1.4 million in property tax revenues annually, consists of 32 acres west of Route 146 and replaced a blighted 632,000-square-foot building.
